Most installations are completed in 2-4 hours depending on the model and location. Larger models or installations requiring stairs may take longer.
Do I need to prepare anything before installation?
Yes, please ensure the installation area is clear, the correct electrical outlet is available (220V for most models), and there's clear access to the installation location.
What's included in the installation service?
Full assembly of your Sunlighten sauna, placement in your desired location, testing to ensure proper function, and cleanup of installation materials (debris removal available for additional fee).
Do you install all Sunlighten sauna models?
Yes, we install all Sunlighten models including mPulse, Amplify, Signature, and Solo System saunas.
What if my sauna hasn't been delivered yet?
No problem! You can book now and we'll schedule your installation after delivery. Just let us know when it arrives.
