Do you install all BON Pergola models?
Yes. We provide professional installation for the BON Pergola products and sizes listed on this page, including pergolas, sheds, fire pits, outdoor furniture, and available accessories.
What is included with my pergola installation?
Our standard installation includes professional assembly of your pergola according to the manufacturer's instructions. Anchoring and debris haul-away are available as optional add-on services.
Does the installation area need to be prepared before you arrive?
Yes. Your installation area should be level, accessible, and ready for installation before our technician arrives. If your pergola requires concrete footings or other site preparation, those should be completed before your scheduled installation.
Can you anchor my pergola?
Yes. Anchoring to an existing suitable surface can be added to any pergola installation for $125. Our anchoring service does not include pouring concrete footings or other site preparation.
Can you install sidewalls and other pergola accessories?
Yes. We can install available BON Pergola accessories, including slat fencing, sliding glass doors, sliding shutters, sun-resistant screens, and heaters. Simply select the accessories you would like installed along with your pergola.
Can you remove the packaging and debris after installation?
Yes. Debris haul-away can be added to your service. The price is $295 for pergolas, $195 for sheds, and $125 for fire pits and furniture. Our technician will collect and remove the packaging and installation debris associated with the assembly.
What happens after I book my installation?
Our team will contact you directly to confirm your product, installation location, site details, and scheduling. We handle the coordination from start to finish and remain your point of contact throughout the installation process.
