Larger projects like playgrounds or full office setups are scheduled based on scope. We'll give you a time estimate with your quote.

Do you provide same-day service?

Yes! Based on technician availability in your area, we often accommodate same-day assembly requests. When you submit your quote, let us know if you need expedited service, and we'll do our best to make it happen.

Do I need to be home during the assembly?

We're flexible! Many customers prefer to be home, but it's not required. As long as we have access to the furniture and assembly location, we can work independently. We'll keep you updated via text throughout the process.

What if something gets damaged during assembly?

We're fully insured and take extreme care with every project. In the rare event of damage, our insurance covers repairs or replacement. We treat your furniture and home with the utmost respect and professionalism.

What's your cancellation policy?

Life happens! If you need to reschedule, just give us at least 24 hours notice and we'll find a new time that works for you at no charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a fee.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, we're fully insured for your peace of mind. While furniture assembly doesn't require a contractor's license in most areas, our insurance protects both your property and our technicians.

Can you help with disassembly or moving furniture?
